At Olsen we pride ourselves at providing quality European-designed fashion. We want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase,Olsen will gladly accept exchange or refund items within 30-days of purchase.  

EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Any online items must be returned to the Olsen Online Store. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept online return or exchanges at any Olsen retail stores.  

For returns and exchanges: 

• Fill out the Return Form enclosed with your package or include your original online receipt. 
• Put the item(s) you're returning in the poly bag provided.
• Attach the Pre-Paid return shipping label (that came with your order) to the poly bag 
• The Pre-Paid shipping label can also be printed from the Olsen Online Store portal. You will need your Order number and Postal Code. 
• Once your package isready, arrange to have it shipped back viaPurolator

Please include the Return Form enclosed with your package (circle the item(s) being returned and noting the reason(s)). Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Your original receipt must accompany your returned items to process your refund or exchange. 

All items for refund or exchange must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Olsen to beofunworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered.   

Refund/exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.

Exchanges

• Please arrange to return your item(s) for exchange following the instructions above. 
• Visit our Olsen Online store for a selection of items available to purchase in exchange.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Olsen will offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at regular price within 7 days for items that have been permanently marked down.

Price adjustments will not be honoured on one day sale or temporary promotional offers.

To receive a price adjustment on items purchased through The Olsen Online Store contact customer service by email customerservice@olsen.ca, ensure to include the following information:

• Your Order Number
• Name & billing Address
• Style information and price adjustment request

CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL ONLINE REFUNDS

For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. 

Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

For purchases through PayPal, if:

PayPal balance or bank account was used; the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.

Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
