    Olsen Rewards Loyalty Pilot Program - Terms and Conditions Summary

    Welcome to the Olsen Rewards Loyalty Program ("Pilot"). 


    By enrolling and participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before joining the Program.

    1. Program Overview:

    The Olsen Rewards Loyalty Pilot is designed to reward our valued customers for their continued support. As a member of the Program, you will earn points for eligible purchases made at select participating Olsen stores and online platforms.  

    2. Pilot Period:

    The Program will initially undergo a pilot period ("Pilot Period"), during which its operations will be assessed and optimized. During the Pilot Period, the points accrued by members will be recorded and tracked but may be subject to adjustment. The Program management reserves the right to modify, terminate, or extend the Pilot Period at its discretion.

    3. Point Accumulation:

    Points can be earned by making eligible purchases at the select participating Olsen stores and online platforms during the Pilot Period. The number of points earned per transaction and the value of each point will be determined based on the Program's pilot structure. Please note that the points' value is subject to change during the Pilot Period.

    4. Point Rollover:

    At the conclusion of the Pilot Period and upon the full launch of the Program, all points accrued by members during the Pilot Period will be rolled over into the full Program. Points that are rolled over will retain their value as per the updated full Program structure.

    5. Eligibility:

    The Program is open to all individuals who make purchases at select participating Olsen stores and(or) online platforms. Online invitations to the Pilot program may also be sent to select Olsen customers digitally. Employees of Olsen and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are ineligible to participate in the Program.

    6. Program Modifications:

    Olsen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Such modifications may include but are not limited to changes in point values, redemption options, and eligibility criteria.

    7. Point Expiration:

    Points earned during the Pilot Period or after the full launch of the Program may have an expiration date. The specific expiration policy will be outlined in the full Program details provided upon the Program's full launch.

    8. Point Redemption:

    Points earned can be redeemed for rewards as per the Program's full structure.

    9. Communication:

    By joining the Olsen Rewards Loyalty Program, you agree to receive communications from Olsen Rewards at the email address provided during enrollment. Communications will be sent from the email address rewards@olseneurope.com and will include notifications whenever you earn or redeem points with the loyalty program. Additionally, you may receive communications about special promotions, exclusive offers, and important updates related to the Olsen Rewards Loyalty Program. You may unsubscribe from these emails at any point.

    10. Abuse and Fraud:

    Olsen reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's participation in the Program if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Any fraudulent activities related to the Program may also result in legal action.

    11. Privacy Policy:

    By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Olsen Rewards Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Program website.

By joining the Olsen Rewards Loyalty Program, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions agreeing to program structure and to receive communications pertaining to program. Olsen reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically for any updates or changes.

    To opt out of the Pilot Program, you can do so via Olsen.ca. Additionally, to unsubscribe from email communications, use the unsubscribe option in loyalty-related emails sent from "rewards@olseneurope.com".
