Siding products can be damaged through improper handling, and incorrect installation procedures can result in substandard performance, violations of the local building code, and will render the manufacturer's warranty void.

When you need an estimate on siding, we'll make a site visit to your home and assess key factors such as the size of your home, and the age and condition of the existing exterior building materials.

An Olsen siding estimate includes complete removal and disposal of the existing siding, a thorough inspection of the exterior walls, creation of an air barrier to improve energy efficiency and prevent water infiltration, and installation of the new siding and related flashing, soffit and fascia.

At the time of the estimate we may be able to detect damage to your exterior walls, but in most cases we won't be able to tell until the old siding has been removed. If we see that your exterior walls are in need of repair, we'll let you know, and can provide you with a quote to repair it.
